Junior AV Technicians are entry-level members of our production team who assist with the preparation, transportation, installation, operation, and breakdown of audiovisual equipment for live events. Working alongside experienced AV professionals, Junior Technicians gain hands-on training while learning company procedures, industry best practices, and technical production skills. This role serves as the primary pathway into becoming a Miami Sound Rental AV Technician and is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn, take initiative, and develop a long-term career in live event production.
Audiovisual technicians are the foundation of our production team. In this role, you'll work hands-on with professional audio, video, lighting, staging, and LED wall systems used at live events throughout South Florida. You'll help bring events to life while gaining valuable experience with industry-standard equipment and production workflows.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy technology, problem-solving, and working in dynamic environments where every event presents new challenges.

Senior AV Technicians are experienced production professionals who play a critical role in delivering successful events. They are trusted with our most complex productions, advanced equipment systems, and high-profile clients. Beyond technical expertise, Senior Technicians help mentor newer team members and contribute to the growth and development of our production team.
This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy both mastering technology and helping others succeed.

Senior Technicians are recognized leaders within the organization and often stand at the vanguard of innovation and on-field AV solutions.
Production Supervisors are the leaders responsible for bringing entire productions together. From coordinating technicians and communicating with clients to overseeing setup, execution, and breakdown, Supervisors ensure every event meets Miami Sound Rental's standards for professionalism and excellence.
This position combines technical knowledge, leadership skills, customer service, and decision-making under pressure.
