Supervisors, also known as team leaders, are the ones overseeing each the production in the field.
Supervisors are responsible for the execution of audio visual productions, from communicating with the client / sales department to assembling the technician team. A production supervisor is also responsible for the safety of the equipment and the company vehicles.
Production Supervisors take full responsibility of assigned productions and must be comfortable with problem solving. Supervisors are trained to ensure flawless execution with the team he/she builds. This person will work with the client to ensure the highest level of customer experience during the production.
Senior AV technicians are seasoned experts in the audio visual industry with years of experience in live event technology.
Senior AV technicians are reserved for the biggest and most complex events, while the rest of their work time is spent teaching and examining new team members to help advance their curriculum.
