Tents are delivery + professional installation only; the cart shows your estimated delivery & installation cost before checkout. Pickup isn’t available for tent bundles.
We offer each size with Concrete Ballasts (for hard surfaces like concrete/asphalt) or Ground Anchors (for grass/soil). Choose the variant that matches your site surface and we’ll bring the correct hardware for a secure install.
Yes—add tent walls as needed for weather protection and privacy; they’re weather-resistant PVC and attach cleanly to our frames. You’ll see Tent Wall as an accessory with its own rental price.
Tent pricing is based on a 24-hour minimum. For longer rentals you’ll see 15%–30% automatic discounts applied at checkout.
We offer 24-hour delivery service. Installs between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM include an after-hours surcharge, shown before you confirm.
Share your event date/times, guest count, site surface (concrete/grass), access path, and whether you need ballasts or ground anchors and optional walls. We’ll size the tent, estimate installation, and align delivery/strike windows to your run-of-show.
Our tents are designed to shelter guests and gear from rain and are secured with ballasts or ground anchors appropriate to your surface; adding walls improves wind and weather protection. We’ll review the forecast and site to recommend the safest setup.
