Our karaoke bundles pair a ready-to-use laptop that comes with a professional karaoke software with a large on-screen lyrics display (TV or projector), professional powered speakers, and 1–4 wireless microphones. Packages are sized by event size and screen size, with options from compact 43" up to 150 inches.

You’ll have access to 70,000+ karaoke songs across 10+ languages, preconfigured so you can tap and sing right away. The interface is simple: select a song, hand a mic to your guest, and go.

Both. Choose "Add to Rental" for warehouse pickup at the rental price, or "Schedule Delivery" for professional delivery, installation, and breakdown—your cart shows the estimated delivery/installation cost before checkout, which is based on the type and amount of equipment as well as the time required. We typically recommend the delivery and installation option for the karaoke bundles as they are not just plug and play and do require technical knowledge on how to connect everything properly.

Use the event-size labels as a guide: small gatherings pair well with 43"; medium events step up to 65–85"; bigger rooms benefit from 120–150" projector screens (depending on location and time of the event). Each bundle lists its recommended event size (e.g., ~60, ~110, ~200–220 guests). Pick the package that matches your headcount; it includes appropriate speakers, mixer, and microphones so everyone can hear the lyrics and vocals clearly.

The system comes fully configured for plug-and-play use along with the top 100 most popular songs. A stable internet connection is recommended if you want access to the full library of songs the karaoke software has to offer and access to other online based programs such as YouTube Karaoke; otherwise, we can download specific songs ahead of time so they are available without access to internet. If there will not be reliable internet available, please advise our team beforehand so they can prepare and have the genre of songs downloaded for you.

Rental of the equipment are priced per 24-hour period. A deposit reserves your equipment, and you can get a full refund if you cancel 30+ days before your rental service date. Full payment of the order is due one week before the date of delivery. Additional details regarding our terms and conditions can be found on the "Review your Order" page, once a quote has been created. You have access to these terms and conditions before confirming the order. You agree to the terms during checkout and get an emailed copy with the order confirmation once payment is made.
