We use customer, event, and order information to provide rentals and managed production services.
Legal & privacy
This policy explains how Miami Sound Rental LLC handles information when you browse our website, request event-production help, chat or call us, create an account, rent equipment, or complete an order.
At a glance
We use customer, event, and order information to provide rentals and managed production services.
Essential first-party attribution operates with the site; optional Google measurement follows your choices.
Privacy requests go to our team at info@miamisoundrental.com, not an unattended form.
This policy applies to miamisoundrental.com, our Miami and Orlando website experiences, customer and partner portals, online rental and event-planning tools, and communications connected to those services. It also covers information that begins with a website visit and later becomes part of a quote, chat, phone inquiry, lead, rental, managed-production order, payment, or customer-service record.
“Miami Sound Rental,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Miami Sound Rental LLC. This policy does not control the independent privacy practices of websites or services that we merely link to.
Payment account details entered in embedded payment fields are processed by Stripe. We receive the transaction result and limited payment information needed to manage the order, prevent fraud, issue refunds, and support authorized future charges. Stripe's own handling is described in its Privacy Center .
We use information for the following purposes:
Where laws require a legal basis, we process information as needed to perform a contract or take steps you request before a contract, comply with legal obligations, pursue legitimate business interests that do not override your rights, protect vital interests, or act with your consent. You may withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before it was withdrawn.
We maintain an essential first-party record of how a visit progresses toward an inquiry or order. The record can include a pseudonymous visitor and session key, landing and viewed pages, referral or campaign details, market, conversion-button activity, and the privacy choices in effect. On its own, this record generally does not contain your name.
If you submit a form, start an identified chat, email us, call after selecting a phone link, sign in, or place an order, we may connect that journey record to your lead, customer, or order record. For calls, we may compare recent call-button activity and caller information already available to our phone or customer systems. A team member may confirm a match when the evidence is not strong enough for an automatic match. We preserve whether a connection was automatic, manager-confirmed, or only proposed; uncertain proposals are not treated as facts.
We use this connection to respond to you, understand which pages and campaigns contribute to real business outcomes, avoid counting the same conversion twice, and improve marketing decisions. It does not use dynamic phone-number replacement, and it is not used to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.

| Category | What it does | Your control |
|---|---|---|
| Essential | Runs the website, protects sessions, remembers privacy choices, and maintains first-party journey attribution. | Required for the site and requested services to work. |
| Analytics | Uses tools such as Google Analytics to measure visits, engagement, navigation, and performance. | Optional and controlled through Privacy choices. |
| Advertising | Measures advertising performance and may retain advertising click identifiers for permitted conversion measurement. | Optional and controlled through Privacy choices or supported GPC signals. |
In regions where prior consent is required, optional analytics and advertising remain off until you allow them. For United States visitors, they may operate under a disclosed opt-out model where permitted. You can change your choice at any time with the button below or the Privacy choices control in the footer. Supported Global Privacy Control signals are treated as a request to disable advertising measurement in that browser.
Google services may receive the page URL, IP address, browser information, cookies, and other identifiers when their services are enabled. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services .
We do not exchange personal information for money. Some laws may describe certain advertising disclosures as “selling,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising even when no money changes hands. The controls described above are available to stop our optional advertising measurement.
We disclose information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to:
Hosting, data storage, payment, fraud prevention, analytics, advertising, email, chat, telephony, CRM, and operational vendors. Examples include AWS, Stripe, Google, Vonage, Mailgun, and Zoho.
Venues, delivery providers, subcontractors, partner businesses, insurers, or other parties needed to quote, fulfill, protect, or support your requested service.
Courts, regulators, law enforcement, advisers, insurers, or others when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, customers, equipment, or the public.
Advisers and counterparties involved in a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.
Providers process information under their own terms and, where applicable, agreements requiring them to protect it and use it only for authorized services. Some providers operate outside your state or country, including in the United States, so information may be transferred and processed in other jurisdictions.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide and support services, maintain transaction and attribution history, meet tax, accounting, insurance, contractual, and legal requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce agreements. Retention depends on the type of record, its sensitivity, why it was collected, and applicable requirements. We delete, de-identify, or restrict information when it is no longer reasonably needed, unless law or a valid business requirement calls for longer retention.
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls and encrypted transport where appropriate. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. Please use a unique password and contact us promptly if you believe an account or communication has been compromised.
Depending on where you live and whether the relevant law applies, you may have rights to confirm whether we process your information; request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy; limit or object to certain processing; withdraw consent; opt out of targeted advertising or the sale or sharing of personal information; appeal a decision; and receive service without unlawful discrimination for exercising a right.
Send your request. Email info@miamisoundrental.com with the subject “Privacy request.”
We verify it. We may request information needed to confirm your identity or authority.
We respond. We will respond within the period required by applicable law and explain any limitation.
You may use an authorized agent where permitted. We may ask for proof of authority and may need to verify your identity directly. Certain records may be exempt—for example, information needed to complete a transaction, maintain security, exercise legal rights, or satisfy tax and recordkeeping requirements. If an appeal right applies, reply to our decision and state that you are appealing it. You may also complain to your local privacy or data-protection authority.
Our services are intended for adults and business customers, not children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided information to us, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
The site may link to or embed maps, videos, payment fields, social platforms, or other third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their policies. Review those policies before providing information directly to them.
We may update this policy when our services, technology, or legal obligations change. We will post the revised version here, change the “Last updated” date, and provide additional notice when required. Material changes apply prospectively unless the law permits otherwise.
For order terms, cancellation rules, damage responsibility, and payment obligations, review our Terms of Service.
