As a quick guide: up to ~50 guests = 1–2 compact powered speakers; 50–150 guests = 2 full-range speakers + optional sub; 150–300 guests = 2 larger tops + 1–2 subs or 2 full-range speakers + 2-4 additional satellite speakers; 300+ or outdoor = larger tops, multiple subs, or distributed speakers. For speeches or light background music, two full-range speakers are usually enough. For dance music, DJs, bands, or large rooms, add 1–2 subwoofers for clean low-end and better overall sound clarity. We’ll recommend the right sub size based on genre and room/space.

We support XLR/TRS line-level sources, small mixers for multiple mics, and DI boxes for laptops/3.5 mm. Bluetooth input is available via our pro adapters, or use a wired connection for maximum reliability. We’ll include the correct cables for your device. Just be sure to share what source will be used and the kind of connection it requires.

Yes—our powered speakers run on standard 120 V household outlets. Avoid sharing a circuit with heavy appliances or lighting dimmers; place speakers on separate outlets if possible for best headroom. Tell us your venue layout and we’ll advise the cleanest power plan.

Speakers are weather-resistant to a point but not waterproof. For outdoor setups we recommend covers, raised platforms, and a firm rain plan; during active rain or high winds we pause or relocate for safety. We’ll help design an outdoor layout that maintains coverage and protects gear.

Yes - packages can include speaker stands or poles, wired or wireless mics, small mixers for multiple inputs, and all required XLR/power cables. We do a sound check during the installation of the equipment and make sure to do a walkthrough of all the equipment when doing the rental release.

Weekends and peak seasons fill up fast - book early when you can; same-day solutions are often possible. Deliveries include installation of the equipment and the technicians will run through how to use everything. If you get stuck, we can always help troubleshoot by phone. We also offer on-site technician support during the event if added ahead of time. Share your schedule and we’ll align delivery, setup, on-site support (if needed) and strike windows.
