AF USA Annual Convention

Miami Sound Rental did a fantastic job for us at our recent annual convention. Their team demonstrated true professionalism — both in their communication and in the quality of their work before and during the event. We would definitely recommend them. Mario, Santiago, and their team were a pleasure to work with and did a wonderful job.

We had a last minute AV request from a client and Miami Sound Rental made fulfilling that request effortless even with needing a 6am set-up time. We will be using Miami Sound or at least suggesting them to our clients for all future projects.

Mario and the entire Miami Sound Rental team are excellent to work with for meetings of all sorts. We've used them for our annual meetings and couldn't be happier. From the moment we contact them until our meeting has ended, they make sure all our questions are answered, and they come up with innovative solutions make everything easier for us. Santiago was our so-site tech at this meeting. His professionalism and easy to work with attitude made the program work. He was especially careful with our less than technical oriented presenters and those with special needs to make them feel comfortable. He went over the how to use everything on their part and the cue they would give to play their video's, etc. Our presentations went off without a hitch. We won't use anyone else.
