The production brief

During Rolling Loud Miami weekend, Hip Hop Star Latto united artists, members of the media, and fans to commemorate the introduction of her fresh Wingstop wing flavor and meal. The gathering occurred at Orilla Bar & Grill on Saturday evening of July 23, as a promotional event for the new Lemon Herb Remix wing flavor. Guests were delighted with complimentary beverages served in WingStop's distinctive foam cups, along with a delicious selection of wings.

Execution and result

For this promotional event we set up multiple TVs and Video Wall to show visuals and media from the artists. The event also had a color theme, green, that we accentuated with Up lights and moving heads. Finally, Custom Gobos were installed in gobo projectors to display WingStop's logo
