About the 20'x40' Tent with Concrete Ballasts
A 20' x 40' frame tent for guest seating, dining, registration, hospitality, or other outdoor event layouts on hard surfaces. This configuration uses concrete ballast and requires clear working space around the tent for the approved bases, weights, installation, and collection. Sidewalls can be added when the site and event plan allow. The tent provides overhead cover, but temporary tents are not suitable for every weather condition. Installation and continued use remain subject to site approval, access, anchoring, and the approved wind and weather plan.
