All Rise Event at Ampersand

We had a last minute AV request from a client and Miami Sound Rental made fulfilling that request effortless even with needing a 6am set-up time. We will be using Miami Sound or at least suggesting them to our clients for all future projects.

Working with Miami Sound Rental was an absolute pleasure from start to finish!! From the moment of contact, to coordinating our needs, to installation, to disconnecting the equipment and pickup — it was perfection and very smooth. Wilson was the initial contact and he was extremely polite and helpful. Vitalii was our installer and he was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the install. He patiently explained everything and replied to all our questions. He was very punctual and respectful of our home— he slipped his shoes off upon entering. I was impressed. Joaquin was also very punctual, very polite and friendly. I asked him to kindly text 5 minutes before he was done so I could sleep while he was picking up! We parties until 3:30a, so I was exhausted! He was so accommodating. Overall, our experience was a 10 out of 10 and I highly recommend Miami Sound Rental!!

Mario and his team are very professional made the transaction seamless. All equipment was like new and very well maintained. On pick up and return. Very through in making sure you receive all of what you came for and on return a nice inventory to ensure it was returned. Thank you Mario and Miami Sound Rentals.
