The production brief

This event we serviced our friends from Redwood Software at the Mondrian South Beach. This 3 day conference brought together key figures in the Tech industry to the beautiful Mondrian in South Beach.

Execution and result

For a conference of these characteristics, making sure everybody can get a clear view of the presentations is a must. To this end we installed several 85" screens. For audio we provided JBL PRX speakers and wireless microphones.

I live in Los Angeles and needed Sound & Visual equipment for an event I was hosting in Miami. Flying in to Miami and pulling off the event all in one day and not having prior knowledge or experience with Miami Sound Rental had me very anxious. My 1st interaction was with Mario sales rep. Mario was professional. Responsive and efficient handling my order. I arrived in Miami the morning of the event. I received a call from Josh the A/V tech that he was in route to the venue. Josh arrived with an assistant. Josh took charge ,was VERY professional in our interaction and setting up the equipment and making sure I was comfortable with the systems operation. The event was a Hugh success. Miami Sound Rental gets a double thumbs up from me.
