Mario and the entire Miami Sound Rental team are excellent to work with for meetings of all sorts. We've used them for our annual meetings and couldn't be happier. From the moment we contact them until our meeting has ended, they make sure all our questions are answered, and they come up with innovative solutions make everything easier for us. Santiago was our so-site tech at this meeting. His professionalism and easy to work with attitude made the program work. He was especially careful with our less than technical oriented presenters and those with special needs to make them feel comfortable. He went over the how to use everything on their part and the cue they would give to play their video's, etc. Our presentations went off without a hitch. We won't use anyone else. I needed visual equipment for a video show at a Celebration of Life Event. The price was reasonable, the staff courteous and professional as well as prompt and helpful.

I found this company in the Internet so did not know what to expect. They responded right away, sent me a quote and gave me options for what I needed (it was a TV set up for a video at an event). I like that they sent an email with all details (and mobile numbers and team members) so I knew who to call if needed. they got there on time the day of the event, set up perfectly, told me I could call if I had any issues (sicne there would be a video running all the time for 4 hours). They cam on time to pick up. IT was easy and seamless. Highly recommend.
