The first thing you should consider is the purpose of the speakers: Do you want them to play music at a party? or maybe for a speech at a wedding? If you are looking to play music, you should look for a speaker that can deliver good sound on all possible frequencies, specially for lower frequencies. Our Subwoofer + Top Bundles include a subwoofer and a loudspeaker, making them the ideal choice for parties or as DJ speakers.
If you are planning to use the speakers for speeches, the subwoofer is not necessary. We recommend renting any of our powered / active speakers for these cases. Each one of these speakers come with a tripod to elevate the speaker, ensuring optimal sound distribution in the room. Finally, if you are planning to give the speaker a mixed use, we recommend renting our PA system units. These units perform great in many different scenarios and are the most user friendly, having a mixer and bluetooth capabilities.
One of the things to consider before renting professional speakers is their connectivity. Many professional speakers cannot be connected directly to a phone or a laptop. Most speakers only have XLR and TRS connections and you will need a bluetooth adapter or a mixer in order to connect your equipment. Both. We offer full-service delivery, setup, sound-check, and strike, or a DIY rental pickup option from our warehouse. Same-day rush delivery is often available in Miami and Orlando metropolitan areas including holidays. Same-day rental pick up is available during our normal business hours Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm and Weekends from 9am to Noon.
For speeches or light background music, two full-range speakers are usually enough. For dance music, DJs, bands, or large rooms, add 1–2 subwoofers for clean low-end and better overall sound clarity. We’ll recommend the right sub size based on genre and room/space.
We support XLR/TRS line-level sources, small mixers for multiple mics, and DI boxes for laptops/3.5 mm. Bluetooth input is available via our pro adapters, or use a wired connection for maximum reliability. We’ll include the correct cables for your device. Just be sure to share what source will be used and the kind of connection it requires.
Yes—our powered speakers run on standard 120 V household outlets. Avoid sharing a circuit with heavy appliances or lighting dimmers; place speakers on separate outlets if possible for best headroom. Tell us your venue layout and we’ll advise the cleanest power plan.
Speakers are weather-resistant to a point but not waterproof. For outdoor setups we recommend covers, raised platforms, and a firm rain plan; during active rain or high winds we pause or relocate for safety. We’ll help design an outdoor layout that maintains coverage and protects gear.
Yes - packages can include speaker stands or poles, wired or wireless mics, small mixers for multiple inputs, and all required XLR/power cables. We do a sound check during the installation of the equipment and make sure to do a walkthrough of all the equipment when doing the rental release.
Weekends and peak seasons fill up fast - book early when you can; same-day solutions are often possible. Deliveries include installation of the equipment and the technicians will run through how to use everything. If you get stuck, we can always help troubleshoot by phone. We also offer on-site technician support during the event if added ahead of time. Share your schedule and we’ll align delivery, setup, on-site support (if needed) and strike windows.

Monitors are a lot like regular speakers that you can rent, but they are special because they can play all different sounds really clearly, in a way that big main speakers or the bass-heavy subwoofers can't do by themselves. This is super important for musicians on stage. Since the big speakers are facing the audience and not them, they need these monitors to hear their own music clearly.
If you don't have enough money to rent a whole set of big speakers and subwoofers, you can still get a pair of monitors. They will let you hear all the sounds in your music.
